In 1965 the Bhasin Brothers entered the construction business operating in Civil Engineering contracts in Mumbai. By 1975 expansion of our activities had already set in, by 1986 Klassic Constructions Pvt. Ltd was incorporated.

Soon after incorporation KCPL began urban land development which was consecutively followed by several MHADA projects. Over the next 5 to 7 years KCPL had already constructed over 8000 dwelling units for MHADA across the Mumbai metropolis.

KCPL is an enterprise dedicated to excellence in all that we envision and undertake based on our expertise and experience spanning over  forty years. Long decades through which we have built many landmark projects.

We completed the Vashi Railway Station project comprising two towers and the adjoining structures for IRCON/CIDCO. We built the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Memorial Park at Nasik which accommodates the Buddha Vihar with a 30 meter diameter dome and 20 acres of landscaping.

KCPL has also constructed several multistoried residential towers for organizations such as BARC, CGEWHO and CPWD. We also take pride in having been involved in the erection of massive residential complexes for the earthquake affected families at Bhuj and Tsunami affected families at Pondichery. KCPL is currently involved in TATA Housing also.
